Susan Feldman

Susan Feldman is the founder of In The Groove, a lifestyle destination for age-defying women. Founded with a sense of humor, community, and self-awareness, it is on a mission to free women from rules, age limits, and expectations. Susan was also the co-founder and visionary behind One Kings Lane, the go-to destination for home decor. Launched in 2009, it was sold to Bed, Bath and Beyond in June 2016. Today, One Kings Lane is a source of shopping and design inspiration for millions. Susan has an MBA from UCLA's Anderson School of Management and a BA from Stanford University.

Phyllis Berger

Phyllis Berger started her career in New York as a casting director for Broadway shows, which eventually brought her to Los Angeles where she started her own casting company. From there, she became an executive, first in comedy series for ABC, then at Paramount Studios developing feature films. She later moved on from the entertainment business to earn a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and worked as a therapist for several years while she raised three children. Her personal essays have been featured in The Huffington Post, Get In The Groove, and various other online publications.
